Isabelle over in Scotland often posts pictures of Sirius and Cassius (black kitties) on her blog. They are extravagantly photogenic, whereas our Topsy never liked being photographed when she was younger. But now it seems, she is determined not to be outdone by those Scottish pussies...

Topsy looks so much like my Smokie. Although they are not pure bred(I'm assuming here), they are Bombay's. You can find out all about them at http://www.cfainc.org/breeds/profiles/bombay.html

Hi Mama Bear, just checked your blog and yes - Topsy and Smokie could be twins!! Does Topsy fetch...fetch what? Balls? No, that's a dog thing in our house, lol!

Topsy is so shiny and beautiful. As much as I love my dogs, there really isn't anything like petting a purring and contented cat.
Topsy is gorgeous. I bet she knows it too. I took photos of Floyd today but havent posted them yet. He reminds me of some Egyptian Pharoah..... ordering his slaves around lol. What would we do without our much loved cats? xox Nicole
